Investing in massage is an investment in your health. All of our sessions allow you to choose from 30, 60, or 90 minutes with the exception of Hot Stone which offers 60, 75, or 90 minute sessions. For your convenience we accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
CHILDREN: $10/30min for 5-12yrs $15/hr for 13-17yrs
INTEGRATED: 30/$45 60/$75 90/$110 This is my signature massage. It incorporates techniques from several modalities, such as Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Hot/Cold Stones.
SWEDISH: 30/$35 60/$65 90/$100 Uses firm but gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation.
DEEP TISSUE: 30/$50 60/$80 90/$120 Uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense to ease muscle aches and tension. There may be some soreness or pain after a Deep Tissue Massage, but it should subside within a day or so.
HOT STONE: 60/$90 75/$110 90/$130 Basalt stones heated at 130° – 140° are used to help release tight muscles. Stones may be placed at specific points on the body, in the palms of the hands, or between the fingers and toes to improve the flow of energy to the body.

FOOT SCRUB – Exfoliates dead skin cells and improves skin energy. Stimulate your senses with aromatherapy while invigorating your skin with our salt or sugar scrubs.

IONIC FOOT DETOX –A detox foot spa offers a way to revitalize and cleanse. Ions enter the body through pores in the feet where they are transported throughout the body by the circulatory and lymphatic systems. Once in the body the ions then neutralize oppositely charged toxins. The body can then rid itself of these toxins through its normal elimination process. A massage and detox foot spa are the perfect combination for a reinvigorated, healthy lifestyle.
